About the Role

We are seeking creative and passionate Graphic Designer who are eager to learn, explore, and work on real-world design projects. This role is ideal for freshers and students who want to develop strong design skills, understand branding, and learn how to use advanced AI-based design tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, banners, website graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • 2. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
  • 3. Assist in creating brand assets such as logos, templates, icons, and illustrations.
  • 4. Learn and use AI-powered design tools (Canva, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
  • 5. Edit and enhance images, photos, and videos where required.
  • 6. Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, creative ideas.
  • 7. Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all design outputs.
  • 8. Support in creating wireframes, layout structures, and UI elements (if required).
Skills Required
  • 1. Basic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, color theory, typography).
  • 2. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (any one is acceptable).
  • 3. Willingness to learn and adapt to AI-based design tools.
  • 4. Creativity and an eye for detail.
  • 5. Ability to think visually and convert concepts into graphics.
  • 6. Basic photo and video editing skills (optional but preferred).
  • 7. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
